Tune Up Utilities 2010

Tune Up Utilities is a commercial software for Microsoft Windows operating system series (support up to Windows 7) that is give as many function such as fix and solve any problem appear in the PC, increasing the system performance, hard drive management and cleaning system, organize and control at Windows such as control to desktop appearance, booting appearance, and system theme.

I’ve been trying the 2009 and 2008 version and those are give me enough satisfaction. The most advantage of this software is its easy use. The box command manager and its icon give easy explanation to us in order to understand its capability.

Dealing Kido & Conficker viruses

Ever heard about Conflicker and Kido? These viruses grouped into malware and attacking PC with Microsoft Windows operating system. Those malwares, generally attack to PCs that is very frequent get connected to the internet, however there is a chance that those also infect to the offline one.

The effect of being infected are:

* Can not access www.microsoft.com
* Antivirus can not be updated online nor offline
* Internet network/connection gets slow
* PCs will download several sites without any of our permission

Those are sometime can not be detected by common anti-viruses softwares, and hence many of us think that our PCs are fine.

5. After download is completed, restart your PC
6. Enter the Safemode by pressing F8 just before loading windows logo comes out on to the screen
7. Run Malware Removal Tools (KB890830.exe)
8. Choose perform full scan
9. Wait until the process finish its job, and restart your PC
10. Get in to Normal Mode, and then try to access www.microsoft.com, if it is succeed, your PC is free from Kido nor Conflicker.
