Dealing Kido & Conficker viruses

Ever heard about Conflicker and Kido? These viruses grouped into malware and attacking PC with Microsoft Windows operating system. Those malwares, generally attack to PCs that is very frequent get connected to the internet, however there is a chance that those also infect to the offline one.

The effect of being infected are:

* Can not access www.microsoft.com
* Antivirus can not be updated online nor offline
* Internet network/connection gets slow
* PCs will download several sites without any of our permission

Those are sometime can not be detected by common anti-viruses softwares, and hence many of us think that our PCs are fine.

If you get some symptoms just mentioned above, there is useful if you just try to scan your PC's system thoroughly using anti-virus software. But if you can not find any virus, there are other ways.

Do these steps carefully:

1. Cut off your PC from any kind of network (wireless nor wired)
2. Turn off restore system in this order: click start -> all program -> accessories -> system tool -> system restore. turn off all restoration of partitions.
3. Download Malware Removal Tools of Microsoft , just click here
4. But once again, please download that tool from a clean PC cause your infected one will not able to access the Microsoft website. 5. After download is completed, restart your PC
6. Enter the Safemode by pressing F8 just before loading windows logo comes out on to the screen
7. Run Malware Removal Tools (KB890830.exe)
8. Choose perform full scan
9. Wait until the process finish its job, and restart your PC
10. Get in to Normal Mode, and then try to access www.microsoft.com, if it is succeed, your PC is free from Kido nor Conflicker.
